SHORES OF NULL – beyond the shores – TAPE €10.00
Shores Of Null’s third work, “Beyond The Shores (On Death And Dying),” was released in November 2020 via Spikerot Records, continuing to prove the band’s willingness to go off the beaten path and create their ultimate doom manifesto, a 38 minute-long suite emphasizing their heavier, slower and dramatic side, inspired by the five stages of grief formulated by the Swiss-American psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross.
The band has collaborated on the dark opus with many special guests, including two doom-titans, Mikko Kotamäki (Swallow The Sun) and Thomas A.G. Jensen (Saturnus), along with the angelic voice of Elisabetta Marchetti (Inno). The band is able to present an even more diverse and eclectic sound on the album thanks to the addition of classical instruments like piano and violin, along with the return of the talented Marco “Cinghio” Mastrobuono (Hour Of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse) behind the production desk.

This live album showcases Shores Of Null’s melancholic dark metal, recorded during their monumental 2023 European tour with Swallow The Sun, Draconian and Avatarium. The band played 35 shows across 18 countries, including Norway, Denmark, Germany, UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Hungary, bringing their critically acclaimed album ‘The Loss Of Beauty’ on stage.
The live recordings, captured in the cities of Leipzig, Munich, Aschaffenburg, Budapest, and Belfast, preserve the raw and emotive energy of their performances. Each track reflects the band’s ability to blend melancholic melodies with crushing heaviness, offering fans a visceral live experience.
This album is both a celebration of the tour and a gift to all fans of the band. Set to release in May 2025, exactly two years after that unforgettable journey, ‘Beauty Over Europe’ offers a chance to relive the emotional intensity and true essence of Shores Of Null’s live performances.

Named after Be’lakor’s song ‘Countless Skies’, the band burst onto the modern metal scene with their debut self-titled EP in late 2014. Blending progressive and darkly intense music influenced by their Scandinavian melodeath heroes, the EP began a flood of shows up and down the UK. After winning the Bedfordshire ‘Metal to the Masses’ competition, COUNTLESS SKIES played a triumphant gig on the ‘New Blood’ stage at the UK’s No1 independent metal festival, Bloodstock Open Air in Summer 2015. With such a tremendous start, the future looks bright for COUNTLESS SKIES!
